A total of 13 children and 22 adults painted with brushes and fingers at the Multi-Purpose Building on Taylor St.

Painting with a Twist, a twist of peppermint, will be sponsored by the Friends of the Franklin County Library from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 5 at the Franklin County Multi-Purpose Building.
