Next Chapter Book Club forms at library

Members of the Next Chapter Book ClubThe Franklin County Library launched the Next Chapter Book Club. The group meets at 1 p.m. the first and third Fridays of each month at the library.

Talco Cemetery Decoration Day set

The Talco Cemetery Association’s clean up day and fund raiser will be May 27, 2017. Clean up and remembering loved ones with flowers will begin around 9 a.m., followed by a lunch by donation at 11 a.m. See the May 18 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more information.
