The Franklin County Arts Alliance is currently accepting registrations for a scratch board workshop scheduled for Friday and Saturday, Feb. 19 and 20. Lorelle Bacon of Winnsboro will be the instructor. The $90 fee for the two-day class includes all supplies needed. See the Jan. 19 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
