Disasters around the state and nation have prompted state and federal agencies to urge counties to get organized in the event of a major event in their areas. Franklin County has wasted no time in doing just that.

Model A club visits Mount Vernon

Model A club visits Mount Vernon, TexasModel A Ford Club of American members visited Mount Vernon on Memorial Day on their return trip to the Dallas Metro area. There were 17 cars in the group with more than 30 people who took tours of the Old Firestation Museum.
