Questions raised on pay for security at 2013 Relay for Life

Franklin County Commissioners Court members raised questions at their Monday, July 22 meeting about the payment for security personnel for the Relay for Life event earlier this Spring.

The questions arose after Mount Vernon Independent School District’s Resource Officer Dana Reeves asked to be paid for the 12 hours he had worked at the event. For more details for the meeting, see the July 25 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
