The Franklin County Water District authorized advertising to sell 27 lease back lots that have been defaulted or reclaimed due to back taxes. The action was taken at their April meeting of the board.
The list includes one waterfront property in Panther Creek Pass development and seven recently acquired lots in three other developments. There are five lots in Kings Country, four in Pelican Bay, two in South Park and 15 in the Tall Tree developments. The amounts owed on the lots range between about $200 and just over $2,500.
