Saltillo Beta Club is “Rockin’ the Country”

Saltillo Beta ClubThe National Beta Club theme this year is “Rockin’ the Country.” Monika Wartenbee placed third in Creative Writing at the State Convention in San Antonio. She will advance to Nationals in Nashville, Tenn.

Beta Club prepares to travel to National Convention, again

Elementary students raise funds for the American Heart Association

Students at Mount Vernon Elementary School are striving for a goal of $23,000 for their annual Jump Rope and Hoops for Heart campaign. Last year, the group raised $21,747.
