Mount Vernon High School English teacher Carey Gable and student Jonathan Ladd demonstrate ways to get out of a choke hold when attacked. Mr. Gable and School Resource Officer Dana Reeves talked to the the senior girls at the school to explain to them the risks of being attacked by a predator. They explained and demonstrated ways for the girls to defend themselves and get out a a risky situation. The girls where given a chance to practice the techniques after demonstrated.
