It is proposed the property liine be adjusted so that the proposed retaining wall match the porperty line, as reflected Lot WF20R, Phase I, Swannerland. The first reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on August 8, 2010, at 9:00 AM and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on August 23, 2010, at 9:00 am.
