The Mount Vernon Tigers baseball team made its second post season appearance in as many years with a first round match up against the New Boston Lions on Thursday and Friday, May 1 and 2 and were defeated in the best of three series.

Lady Tigers are Regional Semifinals Champions

Mount Vernon Lady Tigers softball teamThe Mount Vernon Lady Tigers softball team claimed the Regional Semi-finals Championship two games to none over the Brock Lady Eagles at Prosper May 15-17.This is the deepest into the playoffs that the Lady Tigers have progressed since 2001.
