The Mount Vernon boys varsity track team won first place at the district meeting on Monday, April 10. They racked up 188 points.

JV baseball team undefeated in district

The junior varsity Tiger baseball team has been making tracks across the diamond during the 2017 season. The team is undefeated in district and 10-4 for the season.

Boys third at golf tourney

The Mount Vernon High School boys golf team claimed third place out of 11 teams at the Sulphur Springs Mount Pleasant tournament on Monday, March 27.
