Summer Reading Program - The Summer Reading Program will be each Tuesday, June 17 through July 22 at the Franklin County Library. There are three sessions, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon, for children ages four through 12 years, and 1-2 p.m. for children ages 13-17. The last day, July 22, will include a joint party for the participants at 10 a.m. in the Fountain Parking Lot.
