Arts Alliance exhibit opening Friday, September 13

The Franklin County Arts Alliance will open an exhibit featuring the work of local artists Beverly Brewer, Mozelle Ramsay, and Dean Teague. Board members will serve as hosts for a light lunch

and reception from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13  at the Cultural Arts Center. For more information, see the Sept. 12 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
