Auction items varied

Fun and serious bidders were attracted to both the silent and live auction items at Mount Vernon Music (MVM)’s Gala last Saturday evening at The Loft.

Included in the auction were handmade items, get-away weekends, baked goods, theatre tickets and art.  About $9,600 was collected for the youth scholarship and music outreach programs by MVM.
