Students meet masters

Mount Vernon band students Madison Reeves, Torin Slater, and Jessikah Salaverria attended the concert by the American Horn Quartet at the Mount Vernon Music Hall on Sunday, March 8.

More than 140 people attended the concert and heard the extensive repertoire performed by Geoffrey Winter, Charles Putnam, David Johnson, and Kerry Turner. Ms. Reeves was the winner of a $50 drawing in which each band student in attendance was entered.
