Dulcimer concert planned

Master Dulcimer player and artist Don Pedi will be in concert on Thursday, Jan.17 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cultural Arts Center in Mount Vernon. The CAC is located at the corners of Dallas and Rusk streets. The concert will feature old time music that is traditional to the mountains of North Carolina where he lives in Madison County.
