Courtney Baldwin of Franklin County was one of four students at Northeast Texas Community College and among the 207 Phi Theta Kappa members to receive a $1,000 scholarship as 2019 Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise Scholars.

Honors group films at Alamo Mission Museum

The Honors Northeast, a student film group from Northeast Texas Community College, recently filmed a portion of this year’s production at several buildings at the Alamo Mission Museum in Franklin County.
