Kiley and Anja Clauson chomp down on juicy, ice cold watermelon during the annual Watermelon Day event on the square on Friday, Aug. 2. Approximately 80 people attended the event.

The Watermelon Day event was sponsored by the Friends of the Franklin County Library. Mike Parnell donated the watermelons.
