Jim Alford waits while breading experts Ernest Christenberry and Bobby Elbert fill his basket with fish at the annual United Way Fish Fry on Saturday, Aug. 31 at the Masonic Lodge.

More than 200 people were served during the event and $3,131 was raised for the United Way of Franklin County.
