Volunteers needed for Handicapable Rodeo

Volunteers are needed  in a variety of capacities for the annual Franklin County Handicapable Rodeo on Friday, September 20 at the Duke Riding Arena on CR SE3285. Each of the participants needs a buddy to see them through the activities of the day.

 More than 800 participants are expected for this year’s 11th annual Handicapable Rodeo, according to Dale Crowston, president of the organization. For more details and contact information, see the September 12 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
