Library continues to serve patrons during pandemic

Throughout the crazy 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, the Franklin County Library has strived to continue to serve area citizens.
“We had 266 programs and events, such as book clubs, movies, craft clubs and classes, robotics and special performances that had to be canceled,” Library Director Lisa Lawrence said. To learn about new services the library is offering, see the November 19 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
