Two separate blood drives will be conducted this week in Franklin County by Carter Blood Care. Each drive will give donors a chance to win Texas Rangers baseball tickets. The first will be at the fire station and the second will be at Mission Manor Nursing Home. For more information see the May 31 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
