Brandon Sears appointed to economic development board

Brandon Sears was appointed to the Mount Vernon Economic Development Corporation (EDC) Board of Directors during the Mount Vernon City Council meeting on Monday, July 8
in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Mr. Sears replaces Joel Jackson on the board. Mr. Jackson resigned from the post after moving to College Station. For more information, see the July 11 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
