Filing continues for local board seats

Registration continues for anyone wishing to sign up as a candidate for seats on the Mount Vernon City Council, the Franklin County Water District (FCWD) board of directors, and the Mount Vernon ISD Board of Trustees.

Information packets are available at each of these offices, and must be returned no later than close of business on Friday, February 15, to secure a place on the ballot.
