Master Utility Service Agreement approved by rail district

The North East Texas Rural Rail Transportation District’s (NETEX) board of directors unanimously authorized its executive committee to execute a resolution with its chairman as signor for a Master Utility Service Agreement between the district and Sustainability Partners, a private investment group, at its meeting in Commerce April 11.

An addendum, that could be read as early as April 23, will be for a financial arrangement to fund the Franklin County Container Terminal. For the rest of this story, see the April 18 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
