Blue pinwheels for abuse prevention

Blue pinwheels were planted by members of the Lake Country Court Appointed Special Advocates and the Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center on the lawn of the Franklin County CourthouseBlue pinwheels were planted by members of the Lake Country Court Appointed Special Advocates and the Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center on the lawn of the Franklin County Courthouse Friday, April 12 to bring attention to the fact that April is Child Abuse Prevention Month.

They were joined by District Judge Will Biard, District Clerk Ellen Jaggers, County Attorney Gene Stump, other county employees, and members of the Child Protective Services.
