Rules sent for review to Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept.

A rule issue raised by a property owner in July appears to be leading a domino effect for rules on Lake Cypress Springs causing rules ordered to be submitted to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for review.

Corey Jordan of the Snug Harbor development asked that slow / no wake buoys be placed further out into the lake to protect swimmers and other craft in the cove where he lives and near the boat ramp in Walleye Park. The rules have now been submitted to the TDWD for review. See the rest of this story in the September 24 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
