Harvey’s gets autopsy transport, rock-culvert-fuel bids opened

Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home was awarded the contract to provide transportation for bodies ordered for autopsy in Franklin County, and the commissioners reviewed bids for culverts, road materials and fuel.
