The North East Texas Rural Rail Transportation District received its first property management report from Railway Auditing & Management Services, Inc. during its February board meeting.

RAMS president Jarrett Mankin gave the report, which led with several legal recommendations to the board. See the February 18 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for details from the report.
