DI team advancing to State

School district offers exit incentives for teachers

Mount Vernon ISD is offering early voluntary exit incentives for classroom teachers. “The pool of good teachers is decreasing, and we want to give administrators the opportunity to post job openings and hire the best qualified classroom teachers available,” Superintendent Dr. Jason McCullough told board members.
