Employees of the Month

They were Marie Sanders for high school, Mindy Conner for auxiliary personnel, Nikale Parker for elementary school, and Ashley Coffman for middle school.The Mount Vernon School Board honored the district’s Employees of the Month at the board meeting Thursday, April 25.

Saltillo High School  Family Career and Community Leaders of AmericaThe Saltillo High School  Family Career and Community Leaders of America competed in FCSA contest at the State FCCLA meeting on April 4-5, 2019, and brought home 13 Gold Medals.

Kindergarten “Round-Up” starts this week

  The annual Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Round- Up at Mount Vernon Elementary School is scheduled for April 23, May 7 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and May 28-30 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m..
