Updated shot records for students needed prior to school

All students at Mount Vernon ISD must be up to date on their immunizations prior to the start of school on Monday, August 25. Updated shot records can be dropped off at the Elementary or Intermediate school clinics or any campus office.

They can be faxed to 903-537-3815. See the August 14 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for a listing of immunizations required for various age groups.
