Public Notice - Replat Notice 2 - Kings Country - 7/11/2013

This notice is to make public a request to revise the plat for Kings Country Subdivision of Franklin County, Texas, shown of record at Slide No. 19 B, Surveyors Records of Franklin County.

It is proposed that the boundaries for Lot 115 (Part) and Lot 116, Section Two, be revised to create one lot to be designated as Lot L 115R owned by Richard and Janis Stevens. The first hearing for consideration of this application will be held July 22, 2013, at 9:00 a.m.. The second hearing for consideration of this application for plat revision, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held August 5, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at the Franklin County District Courtroom at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex, 208 Hwy 37 S., Mount Vernon, Texas.
