Public Notice - Replat Notice - 07/02/2020

This notice is to make public a request to replat  Lot 2R-1, Phase 2, Hickory Hill Subdivision shown by plat recorded in Slide 213B and 314B, Plat Cabinet Records.

  The property is situated in the John Maximillan Survey, A-306, Franklin County, Texas.   It is proposed  that the boundaries for Lot 2R-1 (0.9997 acres) be expanded with the enlarged lot to be designated as  Lot 2R-2 (1.0236 acres).  The property is owned by Ray and Tina Caldwell.   The first reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court on July 13, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. and the second reading  will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court on July 27, 2020, at  9:00 a.m.  Written comments may be sent to the Franklin County Judge at 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457.  B.F.
