NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
DISPOSAL WELL PERMIT
COMPANY NAME: Exxon Mobil Corporation

is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to dispose of oil
and gas waste by injection into a porous formation which is not productive of oil or gas. The application proposes to inject saltwater and oil and gas wastes that are exempt from regulation under Subtitle C of the Federal Resource Conservation Recovery Act into the Woodbine, and Eagleford, formations. Talco West Unit, Well No. 3906, located 3.51 miles West South West from Talco, TX and in the Talco field in Franklin County. The oil and gas waste will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 2900’ to 33980’ feet.
LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
